Step 1. Mix neem with Castile soap (or mild liquid soap) in a small container. Shake well to create an emulsion.

Step 2. Add neem and soap emulsion to warm water and shake vigorously until well mixed.

Step 3. Spray diluted solution onto plant, thoroughly coating all plant surfaces, including the undersides of leaves. Reapply as needed every 7-10 days.
