Very functional and well made
I don’t have a water source/spigot in my backyard. These work great. I love them because they’re not ugly. Be sure to drain them and leave the valve open if you live in a cold winter climate. I made that mistake with one and it split it open. I ordered a new one. My fault. I linked two together by sawing off one of the very tips of the little nipples in the back at the top and ratcheting on tubing. I did the same to create an overflow path away from my house and foundation. It worked great. 100 gallons of fresh water for my garden.

Great outdoor accessory!
Love this rain barrel from Step2. We have an area in my flower bed that washes away all the mulch every time it rains, making a deeper puddle with every rain.Thai rain barrel sits in that area now and has tremendously helped with containing the mulch in my flower bed. Another positive- I can use the rain it collects to water the flowers bed with a soaker hose attached to it. Best outdoor item I have gotten from Step2!

Good quality and nice looking
Love the color of this rain water barrel and the brass facet! Only thing I wish it had was an over flow facet towards the top so I could fell a second barrel when it rains hard and fills it too quickly. It holds 50 gallons but 100 gallon barrel would be better if no way to deal with over flow

water barrel to the rescue
Luv this rain barrel. This is my second, exactly the same. We are in a drought and restricted water use, but I can use the two barrels and keep my landscape alive. The barrels will last me a month with allowable irrigation just once a week. The color is very neutral and blends in. Very easy to set up in less than a hour. Highly recommend this product. I would buy more if I could install in front yard, but HOA will not allow.

Product delivered without brass spout. Replacement spouts cost $12-14. Otherwise good barrel.
