These pans are amazing! I’ve been using them every day since I got them a couple of months ago, and I’m quite impressed with their quality. Absolutely zero sticking of the food, even when I left it in a bit longer than intended. These pans are super easy to clean, amd keep their shine. I have a one-size-fits-all lid that fits every size of these pans, so that is something I also recommend acquiring if you get these pans, as they don’t come with lids of their own. They’re also deep and heavy enough for big dishes and light enough to hang on my wall hooks. The handles never get hot due to their design, which is awesome! Also, I finallly get that perfect sear on foods, and it is beautiful! 10/10 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this set for anyone who wants pro quality, low cost, low maintenance cookware.

excellent stainless pans
excellent pans if used correctly. I was a little apprehensive to buy stainless pans, due to I knew there is a special way to cook with them, I tried once before years ago and had epic failure, this time I went to YouTube and found a man cooking with these pans and he said to cook them on low / med heat, nothing higher, before adding the oil do the water drop test, the water should turn into balls bouncing in the pan. The other thing I did not know was stainless steal pans are porous and you need to add more oil in the pan then your used to, I did a oil and butter combo. I made omelets this morning in the pan, I have a flat electric stove and my temp numbers are 2 to 8/high..I kept the heat on 4.5..I heated up the pan for about 4 minutes, then I did the water test, then I added my oil and coated the pan very well, honestly I think I put in 2 til spoons and a table spoon of real butter. Using non stick pans for most of my adult life you hardly put any oil in them so this was a little weird for me, But the omelets came out perfect! not greasy at all, very tasty and NO sticking at all in the pan. I love these pans. you can see by my pictures what the pan looks like after cooking 2 omelets and how it wiped clean before washing. I also wanted to mention, Im 67 years old female and Im still pretty strong but I didn’t want super heavy pans, these have a nice weight to them but not super light and not so heavy that I would need two hands to pick them up. you do have to assemble the handles to the pan, make sure to give that extra turn to make sure its on tight. Oh, the handle did not get hot.

I was skeptical.
I was skeptical. I had to do some research on stainless steel frying pans & I was worried about food sticking to the pan & how hard it is to clean. So, thank you YouTube users out there. Thanks to all, I’ve learned to cook so much more & enjoy its benefits. My steaks are excellent, as well as burgers, pork chops, French toast, hot cakes/pancakes & eggs etc… As for the clean-up, that too is easy. I like our new set of stainless-steel frying pans. It’s getting a good work out. It looks as good as the day we got it. So, durability, heat distribution, looks & ease of clean-up, ALL EXCELLENT.

Frying pans are nice and heavy. The only thing that can be done to make it better…they have very straight sides. A slope would be easier to remove fried items such as eggs and other foods.

High quality and heavy duty
These pans work amazing and feel very heavy duty. Food cooks extremely well in them. So long as you get the pans hot before adding oil or butter the food doesn’t stick. Look up the leidenfrost effect to get how it works. They dont require any special care like other types of pans do, which makes them very easy to use and clean. I expect these will last me for years to come.

NEED TO ASSEMBLE – HANDLE- discolor with use
I wish I had known I would have to assemble the handles on these pans. I do not remember anything in the description saying it needed assembly. The did send a little wrench but I do not think I got a very tight connection..I also am not thrilled with the sides of the pan…. use to a more flared sides… the 90 degrees make it hard to use the spatula to get the food out of the pan.UPDATE: I have had and used the pans for a couple of weeks … leary now because they are becoming discolored … I question that they are REALLY STAINLESS STEEL … Afraid of what the pans are made of … hope to be able to send them back.Have not had the pans long enough to determine heat distribution of durability

Great pan if your trying to get away from non-stick
Absolutely love this frying pan. Although there are somethings that stick…. Like potatoes… Other then that everything else pretty much comes out perfectly. I would recommend this pan.

This is a great frying pan.
I’ve cooked exclusively with cast iron for over 40 years. I’ve always avoided stainless steel because I thought it was going to be problematic. Since I retired a few years ago, I have much more time to be adventurous so I decided to try a stainless steel frying pan. I decided to try my luck with a low cost pan so if things didn’t work out yada yada yada.This pan is surprisingly easy to cook with and is very durable. The triple layer really responds to increases and decreases of heat very quickly. For those that keep giving bad reviews saying their food sticks, use some common sense and read some directions or watch some basic ‘cooking with stainless steel’ videos. Be patient and allow the pan to heat up on medium to medium high heat then put some oil in it. I use ghee, bacon grease or beef tallow and fry eggs in it every morning without anything sticking. Clean up is very simple too. Just hot water and a scrub brush is all that is needed to clean the pan. I’ve used this pan every morning since I bought it with no problems whatsoever and highly recommend it.
