Great for clay soil
Love Espoma products. Bought this to help break down our heavy clay soil. I use this when planting and I can tell it’s working because when I transplant a year later the soil is much easier to work. If you have clay soil then gypsum is your friend.

Work Gypsum into hard soil, and it does great!
Although this was expensive, it did the job. My newly planted young azaleas and crepe myrtles were really struggling in this red clay (like concrete) soil. I was having to water daily! last summer. I worked this gypsum into the poor soil and they did well afterwards. Needed less watering. For winter I packed pine straw around each shrub 6″ thick, and a little fertilizer. For Spring just a little azalea fertilizer 1 Tblsp., and 10-10-10 for the Crepe Myrtles, and the Spring rains were enough. Everything looks well for young plants. Lots of leaves and azalea blooms. As the soil warms, I will pull back the pine straw, and check the soil. If hard, I will add another cup of this product gypsum and work it in.

I Ordered a 35 lb bag of Gypsum and it was delivered as promised secured in a box. I am trying to restore my lawn in a dog area using Gypsum to eliminate urine spots

The only problem was the delivery time. Not as advertise by seller, add additional 10 business days at least. Product is a good quality and was packaged appropriately for transportation. Would purchase it again. Price is reasonable.

Good Gypsum
This is a big, heavy bag of gypsum. I use a lot of it on my tomatoes to keep them from having blossom end rot and it does a good job. This gypsum has a soft granular texture, is dusty when using but is as good as any I’ve used before. Shipping was fast. The bag had leaked some gypsum in the shipping box but it was no problem getting it out and using it.
