Reduces nitrates a bit
This came packaged REALLY well. I bought the 3L model because of limited countertop space, but I will buy a cheap pitcher to fill up and keep in the fridge, since the 3L pitcher is small. It fits well under my upper cabinets.I’m from Iowa, where we have serious problems with nitrates in our water due to the heavy ag industry. This filter DID lower the level a bit. I will probably run the filtered water through a second time. Most notable was the water hardness (see photos). The water tastes much better than tap. No chlorine taste. It was easy to set up. It’s quiet. They have a manufacturer warranty on it and the directions are written in clear English. It’s a much cheaper option than an under the counter unit, without having to mess with plumbing, and appears to be excellent quality.

Finally clean water!
One of the best gadgets I’ve bought on Amazon. Reverse osmosis actually filters the water and I tossed my other inferior filters. Having two jugs is great to I can refrigerate them and alternate when filling. Really it’s simple to use. Just fill the raw water container like a coffee maker and put the jug in. It will fill automatically and stop. It will do that until the water is empty and you have to refill or when the unit instructs you to dump the water and refill the raw water container. It removed odor and weird tastes from the water completely. It has a button for before and after TDC levels and that’s great to see. The TDS after can fluctuate as high as 50, but I’m usually around 12-22 TDS with my average raw water at 375-450 TDS. I think the filter needs to back flush into the raw water contaioiner from time to time, thus the requirement to dump and refill it. After this my filtration is much better. I don’t notice quality difference in taste between the low and high TDS variations. A great product for sure.

Finally, drinkable water in SE Texas!
My well water is doable but not fit to drink. Bought this unit. Followed set-up instructions. This RO unit is amazing. Our water now is better than bottled water. This unit will pay for itself in no time with the savings of not having to buy bottle water, which is amazing! The taste and quailty is 100%. Very easy to use, and filter speed is amazing. I cant believe I didn’t do this sooner!

Good unit if you balance cost, space and features
So far pleasantly surprised. The design overall is slick and the quality of build is pretty decent for the money. The convenient feature is that it auto fills when you put the pitcher back. It has sensors in the tank and the pitcher to tell it what it needs to know. It also has a built in TDS sensor and you can switch between raw and filtered water. We are a fam of 4 and we are fine with how it fills. I wouldn’t use this for a party but it does try and keep up at a good rate so really not a dealbreaker. If you go through more water faster you may need something bigger. The taste is as expected with RO water. We use a 400 – 500 dollar unit at work and same. If you want to remove more taste then you can put it through a brita to further refine the water for taste. Not terrible tasting water – just RO that removes the minerals and such. The PPM count on this was below 36 give or take. Lowest was 13. I guess we’ll see how durable it is, I’ll update if broken.

Recommend it!!
It’s nice design and easy to use for my daughter’s dorm. It’s takes four minutes to fill up. We live in hard water state and her cat got Urinary blockage so l bought this for her cat too. Taste pure water and nice to have Digital Display for TDS.

Good design for reasonable price
We chose this one because we didn’t want to drill into the countertop or deal with potential leaking issues in the future. Strongly recommend the 5L model since it comes with two pitchers, which we’ve found very convenient for our family. We used a TDS reader to run our own test, and the readings appear quite accurate. Setup was extremely easy—the system automatically flushes itself after being plugged in. After two tanks of flushing, the water measured about 30 TDS, a huge improvement from our previous 360 (hard to believe we drank that water for two years!). Considering the price and efficient design, I would definitely recommend it. Now we’ll see how long the water quality and taste remain consistent.
