Great size, super convenient. Wish I was using this for compost long before now
It’s a great bin, perfect size for compost leftovers, scraping plates and food scraps. I say it’s the perfect size because it can hold plenty, but it’s not so big that the food is in there long enough to start to become odors. The bin is just large enough that it lasts a day or two and then once full, you can take it out and change out the bag. It does a decent job of containing the fresh food odors, but like I said we don’t let anything go bad in the bin. The lid pops off nice and easy, and we really like the cabinet hook, as it holds the bin for you while you can clean the plate off. My wife was very skeptical at first, but as quick as a few hours later she was on board and very happy with it being mounted inside the cabinet door under the sink. That seems to be the place it’s most useful and convenient for sure. It’s a great value for a nice looking green compost bin.

No odor and perfect for an apartment
Perfect if you live in a building that does composting. I needed something small for my apartment, that would not create a mess or odor. This is well made. You can hang it inside a cabinet, but I leave it tucked in a corner on my countertop. I use green composting bags inside the bin and the food odor stays inside the bin and never seeps out.

Simple, small, perfect for under kitchen sink
Mine arrived damaged, but the seller was quick to exchange. My city just placed a new requirement to place all compost into a certain green waste trash bin with no bag, so we bought this a small bin that we can collect daily and dump nightly. It’s easy and small enough to clean or toss in dishwasher, but big enough to handle most daily compost waste. Lid closes tight, but handle is held by small plastic peg that clearly breaks easily.

Perfect size and so easy to install!
I bought this compost bin and it’s absolutely perfect for what I needed. I chose the smaller size on purpose because it forces you to empty it more often, which might sound like more work, but it actually keeps it from ever getting stinky. The design is really convenient—it slides off the bracket easily so I can set it on the counter while I’m prepping food, and that way I’m not running back and forth a dozen times to toss scraps. It’s simple, practical, and works exactly as advertised. I even included a video in my review to show just how compact it is and how easy it is to use.

Smaller than I expected
When I saw the reviews about it being small, I did not trust them LOL. However, after receiving the item myself, I realized how tiny it was. Despite this, I LOVE IT. It is actually is the perfect size for what I need for composting. HOWEVER, I would not recommend this item if you are looking for something big, IT IS SMALL< TRUST!!! It it easy to clean and somewhat stable, the material is definitely more on the cheap size- but it doesn't bother me!

Great but small
This is a nice compost bin for your kitchen. i have mine in the sink and it gets emptied into a compost bin every 1-2 days. I recycle my plastic bags (clean them out and dry them) and fit them into the bin. There is a removable rim around the top of the bin that you can use to secure the bag so it doesn’t move around. How many times you reuse the same plastic bag is up to you as long as you rinse it out after you use it. You don’t want any lingering odors.I find it the right size and handy.
