Thumbs up, no side effects
I have extremely sensitive skin and altho I have tried numerous “natural” or sensitive deodorants in the past I always end up with red, itchy armpits. I use Dove bar for showering and washing my face so I thought I’d give this item a try. I can report I’ve had no side effects nor redness nor itch since using this. I have not noticed any underarm odor other than the floral scent in this variety. It goes on smoothly, no drag or anything negative and I am very happy with the performance at this time. Once summer arrives and I begin to perspire I hope for the same protection as I am now receiving. Yes, I recommend this product. As a side note I had been using a national brand (in light blue packaging) for a number of years but the formula must have changed because it has not worked well for a number of months. That is the true reason for trying the Dove product

The smell is good and soft on your skin… Doesn’t last very long I give it maibe 6 hours or less but overall I like it

Strong Scent
So far, I like this deodorant, even though I am a bit uncertain about the strong smell. It still smells a bit flowery to me, which I wasn’t expecting from a deodorant for sensitive skin. That was my only issue with it, even though the smell isn’t a huge deal for me (but I know it may be for others). IT has easily lasted me throughout the day, and it was very easy to apply. My clothes also didn’t have any issues with staining since it applies clear. I also have not had any skin issues. It was a bit pricey, but I think it’s still worth it.

Not so Good
I was hoping Dove lived up to their name.First always start with clean, dry odor-free skin before applying any product, which I did.The product applies extremely wet and has kind of like an herbal smell which I didnt like but it finally dried down and the scent faded. As far as odor protection that only lasted maybe five hours and I had some under arm odor after that, which I normally don’t get. I love the Dove soaps and lotions but wouldn’t purchase their deodorant stick again, I’m sorry Dove this isn’t for me!

I like the scent of the deodorant, and that it has bot caused any itchiness or rashes, but I stink after like 6 hours, and I don’t like how my armpits are sticky all day from it.
