Great tasting water at a reasonable price.
We had to stop using our faucet mount filter and looked for a pitcher based system. We wanted a glass pitcher to avoid any possible microplastics. Glacier Fresh has been great. We have one for the counter and one for the refrigerator. The water tastes better than our faucet mount filtered water ever did. The one caveat is that you have to keep filling it after use, especially if you use several cups of water at a time. That said, if you fill it every time you walk into the kitchen, it only takes a minute of your time, and it will stay full. Plus, the quality and taste of water is definitely worth it.

The reason I bought this was to filter out the little specks of tea leaves and/or microplastics that I get when I brew my favorite tea bags.I’m very satisfied with this pitcher.I feel like it’s much bigger than the 10 cup capacity that it lists.It is heavy though.

Best earth-friendly budget filter pitcher
I did a lot of research before settling on this pitcher filter. I’m pretty happy with it, but it is very slow to fill. One fill translates to only an inch or so of water, so it takes several fills and waiting to get a useful water supply. As long as my partner and I add more after each use, it stays full enough. I like the limited amounts of plastic it uses, though it is pretty heavy. I also think the filters are the most cost effective based on the length of time they last compared to their replacement costs. The water tastes very fresh and filtered.

I love it so much. I can’t believe I didn’t order one sooner. This will save so many plastic bottles from going to the landfill and I feel safer drinking from a glass pitcher. The quality is very good. The price is right.

This product looks beautiful. However I received a used item with water condensation, what appears to be a used filter and black dog hair inside pitcher. 🤮. There were hand written notes in the instruction book. Returning and ordering a different brand. This is dangerous!Function wise if you fill from sink unfiltered water can drip into area for filtered water.

Water Taste Great
I love that it’s glass. Water taste great. It is heavier than I thought when full, so I only fill it 3 quarters of the way. I leave it out on my counter because I drink my water at room temperature. Love the design and it’s easy to clean.

Poor Design and Value, Effective Filtration
This is a poorly-designed filter pitcher that does do its main job very well. The water from it tastes purer than it does from other brands’ filters. However, some design issues led to me returning it and going with a plastic model from another brand. For one, this unit still has plastic sitting in the water all of the time. The outside pitcher part is glass, but the filters and housing are plastic and submerged in the water 100% of the time. So not really sure what the point of the glass pitcher is. The real deal-breaker for me was how long it took to fill. Like, 15 minutes. the only way to do this was to put my sink on trickle, so it was filling the reservoir at the same speed the reservoir drains, because the reservoir is tiny. You’d have to fill it 6 times to fill the pitcher. This was a pain, and both times I ended up walking away and wasted some water because of it. Not practical. I returned it and got an all-plastic unit that cost $60 less, works better, and looks just fine.

Great purchase and value!
I was skeptical, as the water first came out in such a slow drip….but soon it flowed much better. I keep it by my sink and with the easy fill top, no need to remove the lid to fill, I just fill it every time I pour myself a glass. Nice looking pitcher, so o don’t mind it sitting out in full view!
